Here please be informed that our Online and Outlet sales policies are different. We request you to kindly take time reading our online sales policy below to understand our online sales scope and terms. This policy will only be applicable for our online sales and under no circumstances will be applicable for any of our outlet sales

Delivery Zone:
Online services are only available in Dhaka City, Narayangonj City, and Sylhet City.
Minimum Order
We have no minimum quantity or amount
Delivery Charges
A fixed delivery charge of Tk. 50.00 (Taka Fifty only) will be applicable for all home delivery below tk. 300
Order Receive & Delivery
Order receiving before 7 pm, will be delivered on the same day and order after 7 pm will be proceed for next day delivery.
If any customer fails to receive/unavailable at address the order shall refund by 30 working days, But provided that if the customer desires to receive the product thereafter at any time company may consider the issue.
If any customer remains uncontactable or fail to receive the Order within ten (10) minutes from the time the Order arrives at your delivery address, Mithaibd reserves the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.
If the product ordered by customer is not available to outlet and the outlet also fail to arrange the product from other outlets then mithaibd reserves the right to cancel the Order
Refund Policy
The refund request on delivery request must be raised within 5 working days.
Order Delivery Time We will deliver your order in 1-2 working hours of order receiving time.
