I'd ordered a festive box from mithai a while ago. The tracking number was 254401. In the offer there was not mentioned any delivery charge. But when I received the parcel the food panda delivery man asked me for the delivery charge 70 tk. But in any email or messages there was not mentioned about any delivery or extra charges. This was very unpredictable & unexpected.
You should have mentioned this before.
